Alittle out of order, BUT alot of fun

On friday morning Tate, Michael, and Papaw went fishing. I hear they had a great time! Tate kept throwing the minnows over the boat, I dind't expect anything less from him. He told me he caught ALL the fish and Daddy and Papaw didn't catch anything. I also heard Tate broke his pole right when they got in the water, SO????? I love a two year old imagination and trust me Tate I believe your story.




Thursday night while I was mowing, my mom came over to play with Tate. I came around the corner of the house and I found Tate leading Dolly through the yard (yes, by himself). Tate wanted me to saddle her up so we could ride. I couldn't resist my little cowboys face. So, I went in side and got my boots on and went to the barn to saddle her up. Tate and Mimi walkd around the fields and came home at dark time. Tate told Mimi that Dolly and Sadie were getting tired when the truth was Tate was getting tired. I rode Dolly for awhile, but was determined to get me yard done. I am a yard freak. I do not let Michael mow my hard cause he always blows grass into the flower beds. Michael gets so agervated because I never use our riding mower (because im scared of it) and I push our while yard. I love the exercise.






This morning Ashley, Cholie, Tate, my mom and I went to Battelfield Park to walk the trail. We walked 3 miles then took the kids to play. They had such a fun time. This weekend is crazy busy, SO don't be to surprised if I don't blog for a couple of days. Isn't he the most handsome little man!

It's going to be a long one!

Tonight was Michaels birthday, the big 28. We went to shogun with his family and then the competitive side came out and we ended up at gator golf. Michael, Tate, Breand, Mark, Marks wife Courtney, and I played golf till 9:45, ugh!!! Did I ever tell you guys that I need to be in bed by 8:30!!!! I require ALOT of sleep. Im going to be cranky in the morning. Michael warned me that NOBODY better sing to him at dinner, so I had to beg the server NOT to turn the lights off and sing to my hubby. He hates being the center of attention. The complete opposite of Tate and I. I will post pictures later of the birthday later.

So I was in Tates room cleaning up a mess, and I HEARD nothing. Thats when you get worried!!! Tate decided to let Sadie in. I wanted to get mad because I just got done swiffering. But Tate said, "mommy Sadie is hot." You can't get mad at that phrase, so I let her take a nap in the house! I guess she wanted the TV on.

I know, I need to take my trash out! Isn't that the hubby's job?????






Okay this is Robbie and Allison's house, It was so neat. To bad it is an hour and half away from our house at White Rock, or we would be there all the time. We went over there for a cookout and for the boys to play. They are close in age and all played so good together. I wish I got pictures of the inside, it is just as neat as the outside Michael didn't feel comfortable on the top level, he kept looking at the beams just to make sure they were nailed together. It was cute.

This weekend went to Michaels cousin's little boys birthday party. Judd turned one! They had it at their neighborhood pool. Tate had so much swimming with some of his cousins. I am such a nervous wreck around water, ugh!!! After the party we all came home and went to bed early. It was much needed.

4th of July

Last night we went to a 4th of July party. I put Tate in a cute one piece, which, Michael hated! He kept asking me if I brought an extra outfit for Tate. Thank goodness I did because Tate had an accident. We have been potty training for 2 weeks, and I don't miss diapers at all. I can go into target and the mall without a diaper bag!

Today after church we came home and had lunch. We are all going to take a nap, I feel like we have been on the go so much this week. When we wake we are going deer scouting. Apparently it is that time of the year. Michael and Tate love to go the land and check out the herd, the cabin, and the salt blocks. Michael insits that Tate is old enought to hunt, my reaction is: absolutely not. We just got him out of diapers!!!

Well I will update on the deer status tomorrow, maybe with some pictures of some big bucks!!!!

I want to ride a bucking bull

Last night Michael, Ashley, Tate and I headed to the rodeo. Tate is our little cowboy, we can't leave the house without his boots and cowboy hat. I even keep an extra hat and boots in the back of my car, thats how neccessary they are. When we got to the rodeo our other good friend Ashley was there with her little girl Cholie and niece kayleigh. The kids were amazing I think their favorite part was defiently the bull riding. Tate looked at Michael and I and said " I want to ride bull." That's when I felt the knife in my heart, and he is only two. I told Michael on our way home " that a mother's worst nightmare," so we told Tate he should start with sheep.

We have such a busy day today, my best friend Ashley has a huge 4th of July party ever year. There are so many people there, along with a band, food, and washer tournament. Every year I bring dessert pizza and every year it's gone before I even go through the line so I made two. And, Ashley and I decided to put half of one in the fridge for us and the kids of course. haha

Last but not least I have a fungus. Sorry hubby I know you are embarresed by this. I have got my nails done every two weeks for the last 2 years, and apparently I got my first fungus. I have a doctors appointment Monday, my poor nail is about to fall off. Yuck!!!


Also,I have decided to put my recipie for desert pizza on my blog:
1 package of sugar cookie (phillsberry) cook as directed

Cream:
1 tub of cool whip
1 package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of powder sugar
mix with mixer

Fruit:
strawberries
kiwi
blueberries
